About this resource
ACCESS serves as a transportation option that enhances ValleyRide's standard bus services. It is specifically aimed at individuals who are unable to use the bus system due to a disability. Eligibility may be subject to certain conditions, and each trip can be evaluated. ACCESS operates during the same hours as the bus service and requires reservations. Trips can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance, but must be arranged by 4 p.m. for the following day's service. Once a trip is approved, the fare is $2 for each one-way ride per passenger and guest, while personal care attendants can travel at no cost.
