For replacement cards, contact 1-888-295-6850. US Bank Child Support Services cater to families where children are not living with one or both parents. The services provided include: 1) Locating parents, 2) Establishing paternity (the legal bond between a father and child), 3) Setting up or modifying court orders for child and/or medical support, 4) Collecting and documenting child support payments, and 5) Enforcing child support responsibilities. A fee of $25.00 is applicable, with additional charges for special services like legal assistance. The Regional Child Support Program is managed by the Division of Welfare. For issues related to the Idaho Family Support Card, including card replacement, activation, PIN changes, account balance inquiries, or transaction disputes, contact US Bank Customer Support. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible upon request.
