About this resource
The Connection serves as a resource hub for seniors in the Wood River Valley, providing a wide range of services including trips, in-home assistance, an adult day program for those with Alzheimer's and disabilities (operating Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 am to 3 pm), as well as adventure activities, exercise classes, educational programs, creative workshops, forums, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, a gift shop, and support for individuals to "Age in Place" within the community. This comprehensive Community Senior Center also offers transportation, chore assistance, respite care, senior advocacy, meals, insurance assistance, and fitness classes, along with bi-monthly ear clinics and various activities and travel opportunities.
