Jefferson County Extension Service

The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho supports Idaho's agricultural and rural communities by offering a variety of services, programs, and research vital for the state's growth. Available programs include 4-H, weed control initiatives, health and wellness services, food safety education, garden and landscape management, insect and spider identification, family resource management, crop and horticulture support, first aid and safety training focused on small business operations, money management and household budgeting, life skills development, pesticide applicator training, food preservation techniques, rural development assistance, livestock management, and computer literacy. Fair management services are also provided. Languages offered include English.
