The program provides drivers licenses, driving permits, and ID cards, along with vehicle licensing and registration services. It includes the Limited Vision Condition Program, which allows individuals with limited vision who utilize a bioptic telescopic lens to qualify for restricted driving privileges in Oregon. Additionally, the At-Risk Driver Program assesses reports concerning drivers when there are concerns about their ability to drive safely. The Remission of Fine Orders and Driver License Reinstatement Opportunity waives fines and fees associated with traffic violations that led to driver’s license suspensions before October 1, 2020.
