About this resource
The Oregon State Legislature enacted HB3026 on June 11, 2021, mandating the Department of Transportation to eliminate fees for issuing, renewing, or replacing identification cards for individuals who are homeless. The fee waiver applies to one original ID card and up to two replacement cards within the eight-year validity period.
