This organization provides a comprehensive array of services aimed at the LGBTQ2+ community, such as gender-affirming care (both the initiation and ongoing management of hormone therapy, along with referrals to specialists), mental health professionals trained in LGBTQ2+ issues, help with legal ID modifications through county offices, the DMV, and passport services, as well as reproductive health services and STI testing.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via the website or phone.
Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale discount for those without insurance.
