About this resource
This service provides a Determination of Homelessness form that is required to obtain an ID Card from the DMV. Note that the agency does not issue driver’s licenses or birth certificates.
Intake Procedure: You can either walk in or call to get further information.
Travel/Location: Located two blocks northwest of Union Station, accessible via the TriMet MAX Yellow and Green lines.
Fees: There are no fees, including for the ID Card from the DMV.

- Backup identification documentation is required. For example, the DMV typically requires a birth certificate before issuing an ID card. For information about DMV requirements, ask a staff person or call the local DMV.
