Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative aids individuals in changing their name or gender either through the courts or at the DMV (but not both for a single individual). It provides a range of services from informing clients about the document alteration process in Oregon to offering financial support and advocacy at both the courts and the DMV. The amount of financial aid available and eligibility for it depends on the program's funding.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling, which could be up to a month in advance.
Fees: There are no fees.
