About this resource
This program provides various Social Security benefits such as retirement, survivor benefits, disability assistance, Medicare, and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). SSI offers monthly payments to individuals who are blind, disabled, or aged 65 and older with low income. For assistance with Extra Help or Low Income Subsidy, please call (800) 772-1213. Bilingual staff (English/Spanish) are available to assist.
