About this resource
The Clark County District Attorney Family Support Division (DAFS) is available to help either parent in acquiring child support orders. DAFS provides a range of services aimed at supporting minor children, including establishing paternity, obtaining and enforcing child support orders, locating absent parents, reviewing and modifying existing child support orders, and managing child support payment collections and processing. Services are available in both Spanish and English.
