Intake Procedure: Applicants are required to provide copies of their 2025 local NV Energy, Southwest Gas, and CenturyLink/Cox Communications telephone bills, along with photo identification, proof of income, evidence of bill payment, and any additional supporting documents when completing the application. It is important that the identification and bills correspond to the same physical address.
