About this resource
Delivers water services to the residents of Vancouver. Financial assistance is available for low-income individuals in emergency situations to help with their water and sewer bills. Additionally, low-income seniors can receive a waiver for the minimum sewer flow base rate.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in, visit the website, or call for further details. For H2O assistance, appointments can be arranged via phone. For the Senior Waiver, applications can be mailed or submitted in person.
Fees: Vary depending on the service provided.
Who can use this
- Residents of Vancouver qualify, with H2O assistance requiring household income to be at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level and no subsidized housing assistance, while applicants must reside at the service address and be on the utility account. The Senior Waiver is for low-income individuals aged 62 and above who use no more than 3 CCF monthly.
