About this resource
Provides a rebate on utility taxes for low-income seniors and disabled individuals who have paid Covington taxes on services such as gas, electricity, telephone, garbage, cell phone, and cable.
Application Process: Submissions for a calendar year can be made until April of the following year.
Cost: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- Seniors aged 65 and above: Individual income must not exceed $70,000; combined income for a two-person household must be under $80,750 annually. OR Individuals with disabilities: Must be unable to work due to a physical or mental condition, with household income below 80% of AMI.
