This program provides a discount on the flat rate for low-income seniors or individuals with permanent disabilities.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can either call or check the website for more information. New applications are accepted throughout the year, while renewal forms are sent out annually by April 15th and should be submitted by May 15th.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

Who can use this

  • Individuals aged 62 or older or those who are permanently disabled must have a household income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income.
