This program provides lower rates for water, sewer, and garbage services to eligible low-income, single-family residential customers aged 62 or older, as well as those who are blind, disabled, or undergoing home kidney dialysis.

Who can use this
- Households that qualify must have a gross income that is at or below 80% of the median income for King County, based on household size. Residents must demonstrate: they live in Kirkland and their household income does not exceed the specified limit.
