About this resource
This program provides financial aid for utility bills, depending on the availability of funds, and is available in both Spanish and English.
Application Process: Individuals can submit their applications in person at one of our four locations, via fax at 702-678-5221, or by mailing them to Clark County Social Service at 1600 Pinto Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89106.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Typically, individuals under 62 years old may not qualify if their income comes from ongoing employment, SSI, SSDI, or TANF, although this may vary based on fund availability.
