About this resource
The transitional housing initiative features furnished condominium units situated in confidential locations. Each youth is paired with a case manager who offers supportive services. Within the rapid re-housing program (RRH), case managers assist youth in finding and securing housing. Financial aid for rent and moving expenses is available for those participating in RRH. Available languages include Spanish and English.
Intake Process: Appointments are required; please call for details.
Costs: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are youth aged 18 to 24 who are facing homelessness and must enter through the Southern Nevada Homelessness Continuum of Care (CoC) Youth Coordinated Entry System; a housing assessment appointment is necessary.
