Lyon County Human Services

This program delivers support and case management to individuals classified as homeless or at risk of homelessness who also suffer from a significant mental health condition or a physical ailment that hinders their ability to work. The services encompass assistance with the social security application process, including applying, monitoring, and acting as the authorized representative throughout the entire procedure. Additional offerings consist of referrals to community resources, help with scheduling appointments, transportation support, interactive case management, volunteer opportunities, and aid in housing and income stabilization. Translation services are available, with English as the primary language.
