About this resource
This initiative supports individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries by helping them acquire and sustain essential services and resources. The offerings encompass securing clinical and family support services, assisting with benefits and entitlements, monitoring the quality of programs and services, facilitating educational opportunities, modifying homes and vehicles, purchasing adaptive equipment, arranging respite and recreational activities, promoting community integration, residential placements, advocacy, and the creation of personalized plans. Additionally, it provides respite and support for parents and family members of those with developmental disabilities.
Intake Procedure: An appointment is necessary; please call for details.
Fees: There are no charges.
