About this resource
This initiative supplies 50 diapers or 25 pull-ups and wipes to children under the age of 3 from low-income households every 30 days. Distribution occurs on the last Friday of the month, and applications must be submitted one month prior to the pick-up date.
Intake Procedure: Pre-registration is mandatory. Applicants need to fill out an online form at least one month ahead, select the Belmont ACCESS Center as their pick-up site, and present proof of low-income status. Distribution hours are on the last Friday of the month from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be low-income, receiving SNAP, TANF, WIC, or Medicaid, have a child under 3 years old, and reside in Allegany County.
