This program offers long-term care for elderly individuals needing support to stay in their homes. EISEP encompasses an assessment, case management, and a range of home care services like laundry, housekeeping, and personal care.

Intake Procedure: An assessment visit is required. Seniors must be unable to perform at least one essential daily living activity (such as eating, bathing, or dressing) or unable to manage two instrumental tasks (like shopping, laundry, cleaning, or meal preparation).

Fees: Any fees for in-home services are based on the individual's income as determined by a financial assessment. Donations are appreciated, while case management services are provided at no charge.
