This program is designed for homeless individuals and families who are currently living in places not suitable for habitation, in shelters, or in hotels/motels funded by charitable organizations or government programs. It also includes those who have recently left an institution where they stayed for 90 days or less and were homeless at the time of entry.

Fees are based on a sliding scale.
