About this resource
This program offers both transitional and permanent housing options for families experiencing homelessness. Each family collaborates with a case manager to set personalized goals and is linked to community resources that support their journey toward greater independence.
Intake Process: Referrals are exclusively accepted from the Cayuga County Department of Social Services.
Costs: Services are provided at no charge.

- Families must be currently homeless and engaged with the department of social services.
