About this resource
Oversees the VA Grant and Per Diem (GPD) transitional housing initiative, which facilitates the creation and delivery of supportive housing and services. The program's objective is to aid homeless veterans in attaining residential stability, enhancing their skills and/or income, and fostering greater self-determination. Intake Procedure: Contact to arrange an assessment. Travel/Location: Located at the intersection of W Jackson and N Grape Streets. Fees: No fees required.

- Homeless veterans are eligible, regardless of income status.
