About this resource
This program provides integrated transitional services and training designed to support students in their journey from school to post-school life, promoting independence and self-direction. It includes assistance with CSE meetings, IEP transition planning, and advocacy with educational staff as necessary. Participants also have opportunities to explore and gain experience in various job environments through job training and coaching.
