About this resource
Hospice House provides inpatient support for individuals facing terminal illnesses. The care team consists of Therapists, Registered Nurses, Clinical Dieticians, Pastoral Care, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Nurses Aides.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for further information.
Fees: We accept Private Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Who can use this
- Patients who are terminally ill and cannot receive care at home due to clinical, psychosocial, or safety concerns may qualify. A hospice Nurse or Medical Doctor will conduct an assessment before admission. An appointment and referral are necessary.
