This program supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in making informed choices and accessing personalized services. They assist in navigating the array of available services, including help with eligibility assessments, service coordination, and advocacy. Additionally, service coordination is offered to children from birth to 3 years who have been identified with a developmental disability or delay.
