This program offers effective interventions aimed at enhancing family dynamics, fostering healthy relationships, and reducing the likelihood of out-of-home placements. Family Partners and Family Aides play a crucial role by delivering direct support to families, offering training in parenting skills, providing case management assistance, and facilitating educational opportunities in parenting. The PSI program is based on the 3SI model, delivering similar services, including supervised visits for youth returning home after foster care.
