About this resource
The ACT Program aims to meet the critical needs of individuals who have difficulty accessing conventional mental health services. It offers intensive, well-coordinated support and therapeutic interventions. Our objective is to assist individuals in achieving success in their homes, educational settings, workplaces, and communities.

Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older must meet specific criteria and obtain a referral through their local Single Point of Access (SPOA). For further details, reach out to the Program Director of CHWC.
