About this resource
This initiative delivers community outreach, intake, assessment, and links to services, along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support services when suitable. It caters to both adults and youth experiencing substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. Clients are usually referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the court system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Cost: No fees are charged.

- Adults and youth facing substance use disorders (SUD) or concurrent substance use and mental health issues.
