About this resource
This initiative delivers community outreach, intake, assessments, and links to services, along with, when suitable, long-term case management and support for recovery. It caters to both adults and youth dealing with substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Reach out to the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcomed.
Costs: There are no fees involved.

- Adults and youth facing substance use disorders or concurrent substance use and mental health issues.
