This initiative establishes community outreach centers throughout the county to address the needs of individuals and families facing difficulties. Each center offers essential services along with assistance in accessing benefits. Available services include food pantries, emergency housing support, and family services aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and averting future crises. Additionally, HEAP application assistance and coordination of medical transportation are provided.
