About this resource
The initiative features community outreach centers located throughout the county to address the needs of individuals and families facing challenges. Each center offers essential services, including benefits assistance and food pantries, as well as emergency housing support and family services aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and preventing future crises. Additionally, assistance with HEAP applications and coordination of medical transportation is provided.
