It includes processes for intake, investigation, and evaluation of reports regarding abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation affecting eligible individuals. APS professionals work with clients to create service plans that address issues such as physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, or to meet critical needs that are unmet.
Intake Procedure: Concerns or complaints can be reported via phone, fax, or email; inquiries for home health care services can also be made by phone.
Fees: There are no fees for this service; however, charges may apply for home health care services, so it's advisable to call for specific information.

- Adults aged 18 and older with physical or mental impairments who are at risk of harm and lack responsible assistance.
