This initiative supports individuals with developmental disabilities or other challenges to establish suitable, long-term vocational objectives through the ACE (Assisted Competitive Employment) Program. Participants aged 18 and older with a mental health diagnosis receive vocational rehabilitation and mental health assistance to secure and maintain integrated competitive jobs. By engaging in both group and individual activities such as goal setting, career exploration, and volunteer work, we aim to enhance participants' self-confidence, resilience, skills, and reliability within a nurturing setting. The Transitional Employment Placement (TEP) Program also caters to participants aged 18 and older with a mental health diagnosis, allowing them to investigate various job opportunities through short-term placements and volunteer roles, ultimately aiming for assisted or independent competitive employment in their preferred fields.
