About this resource
The initiative aims to enhance academic, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Participants engage in a variety of activities throughout after school programs and summer camps. The Valley Community Association promotes interactive learning with engaging lessons in art, STEM, reading, ELA, physical education, focused homework assistance, computer training, special presentations, and field trips.

Fees: The Striving for Excellence Afterschool Program is provided at no cost to children in the partner schools. The fees for the Youth Summer Camp and School Break Camps may vary annually based on available funding.
Who can use this
- Afterschool programs are available for children in partner schools (inquiries welcome), while the summer camp is accessible to any child in WNY.
