About this resource
This initiative aids individuals in remaining active within their community at the highest possible level by helping them identify, advocate for, and gain access to necessary medical, psychosocial, financial, educational, employment, community-based mental health services, and other resources that can decrease hospital admissions and the need for emergency psychiatric interventions.
Intake Process: Available through appointments or walk-ins.
Fees: A sliding scale is offered for those who qualify.
