About this resource
This initiative supports individuals dealing with mental health challenges by offering services such as advocacy, guidance in navigating public services, meal provision, and employment assistance. It also provides educational support through tutoring and access to community educational resources. The rehabilitation approach follows the Clubhouse Model, and membership is voluntary with no time constraints. Intake Process: -You can walk in for a tour or to collect a referral form -Referral forms can also be obtained through most therapists or case managers -If you cannot pick up a referral form in person, you can call to have one sent via email or fax. Location: The facility is situated at the intersection of 6th and Ivy. From the RVTD Station, head down Front Street towards 6th, turn left on 6th, and proceed to Ivy. Costs: Most services are free, with meals priced at $1.50.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and over with a diagnosed mental illness and a referral from a healthcare provider.
