About this resource
This initiative links individuals to housing resources via a coordinated entry system. Following a one-hour assessment meeting, staff strive to pair each household with suitable housing and support services. Referrals are directed to partner organizations based on the specific needs of the household and the housing options available.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone or visit in person.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus line 57.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals and families facing homelessness or those at imminent risk of becoming homeless within the next month.
