About this resource
This initiative connects individuals and families to housing resources via a coordinated entry system. Following a one-hour assessment appointment, staff strive to pair each household with the most suitable housing and support services. Referrals are directed to partner agencies according to the household’s specific needs and available housing options.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone or visit in person.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus line 54.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Individuals and families facing homelessness or at high risk of becoming homeless within the next month.
