This program provides comprehensive, goal-oriented case management aimed at helping families overcome challenges like generational poverty and crises. A dedicated case manager collaborates with the family to set objectives, link them to community resources, and celebrate their achievements, all with the goal of fostering self-sufficiency and financial stability.

Who can use this
- Eligible families must have at least one child under 18 and a willingness to pursue change, within the service area of Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties.
