This includes marriage licenses, hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler and solicitor licenses, as well as racing and wagering licenses. Additionally, the town processes passport applications and maintains local records and archives. Property taxes for Winfield residents are prepared and collected from January to April 30th, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Herkimer County Treasurer's Office.
