About this resource
This program offers health services to individuals who are currently incarcerated. It includes outreach, education, and testing aimed at preventing the transmission of HIV, Hepatitis C, and STIs, as well as providing support for individuals living with HIV and Hepatitis to formulate a care plan upon their release back into the community.
Intake Procedure: Referral from DOCCS to the program; contact for further information and services.
Fees: No charges applicable.
