About this resource
This program manages supportive services aimed at individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. It coordinates transportation with local providers and offers diverse employment opportunities through Hilltop Industries. Additionally, it provides social and recreational programs for seniors, facilitates group activities for life skills development via a day habilitation program, and offers supervised group homes, supportive apartments, and home care options. Individual and family support services, health-related services, and assistance with obtaining and maintaining Medicaid and benefits like SSI are also available through the service coordination program. The KidStart program includes Early Intervention, Evaluation Services, and Head Start.
