About this resource
This program delivers case management, advocacy, referrals, and appointment support to kinship caregivers as well as families who have adopted or gained guardianship. Caregivers can include grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, adult siblings, and close family friends caring for related children or similar non-relatives. Additionally, it offers mental health services through a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
