About this resource
The program includes Licensed Congregate Treatment Programs and Apartment Treatment Programs designed to help individuals achieve independent living in the community. It also features a Scattered-Site Supportive Housing initiative that offers permanent housing for individuals facing mental illness, those with dual diagnoses, or individuals experiencing homelessness, including those with a history of homelessness and mental health challenges, accessible through SPOA or self-referral. This is not an emergency shelter. Additionally, there are Community Residence - Single Room Occupancy (CR-SRO) programs that provide housing in a supportive, recovery-focused environment.
