This service provides access to birth certificates, burial records, and death certificates. Additionally, it investigates all reported deaths that lack physician attendance and those that may not be natural, through the Medical Examiner's Office.
Intake Procedure: To obtain birth or death certificates, you can order online, schedule an appointment, or send a request by mail. For more details, please call or visit the website.
Fees: The cost for each certified record is $30.
