About this resource
This initiative delivers meals directly to frail elderly individuals who struggle to prepare their own food, while also providing nutrition counseling, education, and group dining options. Its goals include alleviating hunger and food insecurity, reducing social isolation, and enhancing the overall health and wellness of older adults. Additionally, these home-delivered meals serve as a vital resource for caregivers, enabling them to maintain their own health by ensuring those they care for receive nutritious meals.
