This initiative supports individuals who have been displaced from their roles as unpaid homemakers by offering services tailored to the difficulties they may encounter. Many individuals struggle to access: Child care; Transportation; Housing; Basic necessities; Employment; Additionally, some may experience: Emotional difficulties; Medical issues; and Legal challenges. The services provided encompass: Crisis intervention; Counseling; Referrals to community service organizations; Assertiveness training; Decision-making training; Assessments; Resume assistance; Job search strategies; and Job clubs. The ultimate aim is to help individuals secure employment and achieve financial independence.
